All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Service and costs will vary depending on weight, box size, locale, etc.
Expedited delivery (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, et al.) is available at an additional cost. You’ll need to call us with any special or expedited shipping preferences or requests you might have at (623) 328-9016
Occasionally, an aircraft model may be damaged during shipping; however, based on sound packaging methods and outstanding quality control measures, these will be isolated incidents. In the event you receive a damaged model:
• Contact us immediately at (623) 328-9016 and provide us with some basic information as to the nature of the damage, or, e-mail us with damage details.
• Arrangements will be made with UPS to retrieve the damaged model from you and you’ll be issued an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) tracking number which we require be written on the tan corrugated box your model was shipped in.
• A replacement model, based on availability, will be sent to you at no charge. In the event an identical model is not available, you will be credited for the entire cost of the model and the shipping.
Return Policy
Any/all returns must be authorized by contacting us directly by phone at (623) 328-9016 for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) tracking number which we require be clearly written on the tan/ corrugated box your model was shipped in. Any item returned without prior approval will be returned to you at your expense. If you prefer, you can also e-mail us.
Any/all returns must be made within ten (10) calendar days of delivery acceptance or the sale is considered to be final with no return or credit possibility.
Item return authorizations (RMA #’s) will be granted for merchandise that has been damaged in shipment or a product sent in error, and these costs will be assumed by Fightertown Collectibles LLC.
In the event a product ordered is simply not desired, a return authorization may be granted; however, return shipping is at the expense of the customer, and there is a 15% re-stocking fee which will be automatically deducted from the credit adjustment made. (Note: Credit may be in the form of an actual credit adjustment to the credit card utilized, or the issuance of a check made out to the customer in the amount owed, less any shipping charges and the 15% re-stocking fee.) Additionally, the model must be returned completely intact and packaged exactly as it arrived.
(Note: missing parts and incomplete original packaging, which includes the factory designed box the aircraft was shipped in, will negate any credit being issued)
As a reminder, no returns, regardless of the reason for the return, will be accepted, and no credit will be issued, without an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) tracking number that needs to be obtained by calling us directly at (623) 328-9016.
